We’ve established a systematic sustainable development structure to promote sustainable development activities and plans implemented from top to bottom and fulfill the Company’s corporate social responsibility.
Chairperson/General Manager: The general manager is the person in charge of decision-making who decides the ESG governance policies, holds quarterly meetings and plans communication mechanisms for various stakeholders.
Director General/Project Director: Responsible for managing the Sustainable Environment Team, Social Harmony Team, and Corporate Governance Team while also reviewing the performance and achievement of goals of each functional team and reports to the chairperson when major topics are involved.
Functional Teams: Divided into the Sustainable Environment Team, Social Harmony Team, and Corporate Governance Team as they are responsible for implementing the projects assigned by them.
